Lead Software Engineer - Mobile
Freshworks
Chennai
Overview of the role: As a Lead iOS Engineer at Freshworks, you own the technical direction of one or more flagship mobile applications serving millions of users. You set the architectural standard, make the build-vs-buy and native-vs-cross-platform calls, and are accountable for the quality, performance, and release health of your surface area. You lead a team of iOS and cross-platform engineers — through design reviews, mentorship, and hands-on pairing rather than through hierarchy — and you partner directly with Product, Design, Backend, and QA leadership to shape the roadmap, not just execute it. You remain a hands-on engineer: you write code in the hardest parts of the system, and your judgement is the escalation point when the team is stuck. Responsibilities: Technical leadership & architecture Own and evolve the mobile architecture across the app portfolio — modularization, dependency boundaries, state management, navigation, and offline/sync strategy. Make and document consequential technical decisions (native Swift vs Flutter/React Native, third-party SDK adoption, persistence and caching strategy) with clear trade-off analysis and a migration path. Author and drive technical design documents; run design reviews and hold the bar on SOLID, clean architecture, and pattern consistency (MVVM, VIPER, Coordinator, unidirectional data flow). Lead large-scale refactors and platform migrations (e.g. UIKit → SwiftUI, monolith → modular packages) with incremental, low-risk rollout plans. Identify and remove systemic technical debt; maintain a prioritized architecture backlog reviewed with Product and Engineering Management. Delivery & execution Break down ambiguous, multi-quarter product initiatives into scoped, sequenced, estimable work for the team. Stay hands-on: personally deliver the highest-risk components, prototypes, and performance-critical paths. We're built natively on OpenTelemetry and offer both self-hosted and cloud options, so teams can run observability the way they want, without vendor lock-in. We are growing fast and building core developer infra products. And we are not fooling around: 32,000+ GitHub stars 1000+ customers 8,000+ members in our Slack community Role: Head of Finance We're looking for a Head of Finance to build and own the finance function end-to-end. Today we're at meaningful revenue scale with a finance setup that got us here but won't get us to the next stage. Our books are accurate but slow. That matters more for us than for most SaaS companies: we run petabyte-scale infrastructure, so compute and storage cost per customer is our margin story. Assistant Manager - Supply
Swiggy
Bengaluru
About the Role: Member-only hotel rates are the first promise CREW makes. This role is the person who makes that promise true. We are looking for a commercially sharp Assistant Manager - Hotel Supply & Partnerships to build CREW's directly contracted hotel portfolio. You will sit down with hotels, resorts and regional chains across our priority markets and negotiate the rate, the inclusions and the terms that let a CREW member book a stay that is visibly better than what they'd get on any public OTA. Half this job is deal-making. The other half is a daily discipline: knowing every morning where CREW's rate stands against the market on the properties that matter, spotting the parity break or the undercut the day it appears, and doing something about it before a member sees a cheaper price elsewhere.  This is a build role, not a maintenance one. The portfolio is early: you'll be working from where our members actually travel and where we're currently losing bookings on price, and closing those gaps property by property, city by city. You'll also own what happens after the signature - getting the rate loaded, mapped and live, holding the hotel to the terms when a member is standing at the front desk, and renewing on better commercials next season. We're looking for someone with genuine hotel supply-side experience - OTA, bedbank or wholesaler, TMC, hotel chain sales or revenue management, or a DMC - who has signed contracts themselves and knows the commercial vocabulary cold. The ideal candidate is street-smart in a negotiation, comfortable arguing a rate with data in hand, and has the ownership to chase a contract from first meeting to first booking without waiting for perfect clarity. Key Responsibilities: Build the portfolio: Identify, negotiate and close direct contracts with hotels, resorts and regional chains across CREW's priority markets.  Negotiate commercials: Net and static rates, allocation and release periods, cancellation terms, MLOS, blackout h
