The Role We are looking for a Senior Leader to help anchor our CPG Supply Chain Analytics practice in Bengaluru. You will be part of the practice team, reporting directly to Practice Leadership. The role involves leading client engagements end-to-end, owning specific capability areas, and driving strategic initiatives that are critical to the practice's growth. This position carries significant ownership while working closely with practice leadership. Your responsibilities will broadly span three areas: Client Engagements Team Leadership Solution Development and Innovation What You Will Be Doing Inside the Practice Lead significant aspects of the practice’s growth and development, aligned with the direction set by Practice Leadership. Take ownership of specific capability areas and service offerings, from ideation through client deployment. Help shape the go-to-market strategy and support sales and business development teams in client pursuits. Client Engagements Lead consulting engagements and own relationships across assigned client accounts. Develop a deep understanding of client business challenges and translate them into actionable analytics solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on supply chain and analytics topics. Solutions and Innovation Drive the development of advanced analytics and data science solutions, including: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Machine Learning (ML) Optimization Models
