KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   Own and improve end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation workflows.  Design, deploy, and operate AWS-based cloud infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and security.  Build and support multi-AZ / multi-region architectures for critical workloads, including failover and resiliency patterns.  Manage and administer databases, including:  installation and upgrades  patching and hardening  backup/restore operations  schema/data migrations  storage expansion and capacity planning  performance tuning and query optimization  Define, implement, and regularly validate backup and disaster recovery strategies, including RTO/RPO targets, restore testing, and DR runbooks.  Partner with application, infrastructure, security, and platform teams to improve system reliability, automation, and operational maturity.  Implement strong security and access controls, including IAM/RBAC, secrets management, encryption, vulnerability management, and audit logging.  Build and enhance observability platforms using t
