Job Summary: The Assistant Project Manager is a key contributor to the Project Management Office, responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining best practices, methodologies, and tools across the organization's project portfolio. This role is highly analytical and process-focused. The ideal candidate brings a practitioner’s mindset - someone who has delivered projects not just supported them - and can translate that experience into building stronger PMO standards and governance practices across the organization. Skills and Experience Needed: A. Project Management and Delivery Own, drive, and execute select complex internal projects, cross-functional initiatives, and process-improvement programs from initial scoping and business case development through to execution, change management, and formal closure. Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks and areas of improvement across assigned projects Look at how projects are being run, find inefficient steps, and fix them to help teams deliver work faster
