The role: The Chief of Staff to the CTO is a high-impact, strategic role for the entire technology organization. This is not an administrative role; you are a member of the technology leadership team responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and facilitating effective communication and execution across all engineering and product development functions. You will operate as a member of the CTO staff team, enabling them to focus on the most critical technological and strategic challenges facing the company.
