About the role: We're looking for an experienced program and community builder to own the experience of working at Hex. You'll start by redesigning New Hire Onboarding into something new Hexans actually experience rather than a calendar invite, so that by the end of week two they feel productive, connected, and genuinely thrilled to be here. From there you'll shape the moments that carry the rest of the lifecycle: all-hands, yearly company kickoff, team colos, and the offices themselves. In everything you do, you'll obsess over helping Hexans connect more deeply to our mission, our product, our customers, and each other. This role reports to our Head of People and is based in San Francisco. We're in the office at least three days a week, and most of us are there more than that, because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We're looking for someone who's genuinely excited to be there alongside the team.
