Head of Sales - UK Ireland Location: United Kingdom Territory: UK Ireland Department: Sales Reports to: Regional Head – EMEA The Opportunity Netradyne is looking for an accomplished commercial leader to lead our UK Ireland business and accelerate our growth across the region. As Head of Sales - UK Ireland , you will own the sales strategy and commercial performance for the market, with accountability for revenue, ARR, unit growth and market share. You will lead and develop the UK I sales organisation, build a strong and predictable pipeline, drive new customer acquisition and strategic account growth, and strengthen Netradyne's position within the fleet safety and video telematics market. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You will combine strategic market ownership with direct involvement in customers, major opportunities and the development of a high-performing sales organisation. Working closely with EMEA and global leadership, you will also partner across Marketing, Sales Development, Product, Customer Success, Business Development and Operations to execute Netradyne's growth strategy for the UK and Ireland. What You'll Do Own and deliver the UK Ireland strategy , achieving revenue, ARR, unit and market-share objectives. Build, lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of quota-carrying sales professionals, creating a strong culture of accountability and execution.
