The code you write will be used by tens of thousands of buyers and suppliers every day. ⭐️ The Growth Team You'll be joining the Growth pod - a high-priority, high-visibility squad that owns the levers that compound: acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetisation across the entire customer lifecycle. This is a team where engineering decisions show up in the growth dashboard the next morning. The pod operates like a startup inside Nivoda. You'll work closely with the PM and designer, move fast, run experiments, and have a real say in how things get built. We're hybrid in Boston - you'll be in with the team regularly, and we think the best ideas happen in the room. This pod is also where Nivoda is deliberately changing how we build.
