Position Description This role sits at the intersection of recruiting operations, analytics, and executive reporting — turning recruiting data into clear insights for leadership and building the tools that inform hiring strategy. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between data analysis, presentation-building, and hands-on coordination. The Opportunity Analytics Reporting Build, maintain, and distribute recruiting dashboards and reports, including pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates Monitor and audit data integrity across the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and related recruiting platforms, flagging discrepancies and recommending corrections Analyze recruiting funnel data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to prepare ad hoc analyses and data visualizations for leadership and Board-level reporting Presentations Executive Support Create polished PowerPoint decks and other materials to communicate hiring progress, headcount trends, and talent acquisition strategy to senior leadership Translate complex recruiting data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical and executive audiences Support special projects and initiatives led by the Head of Talent Acquisition, including workforce planning and org design analyses Recruiting Operations Process Maintain and improve Talent Acquisition process documentation, SOPs, and quick-reference guides Support system enhancements and evaluate new tools to improve efficiency and data quality across
