Role Overview We are seeking high-performing and well-networked Stable Wealth Managers to acquire high-value retail customers and drive investments into Stable Money products such as Fixed Deposits, Corporate Bonds, and Mutual Funds. ● Target ticket size per customer: ₹5–10 lakhs ● Expected to bring strong personal client networks ● Full ownership of acquisition, closure & client relationship ● Performance-driven role with high growth & incentive potential Key Responsibilities ● Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking. ● Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds in the range of ₹5–10 lakhs. ● Build and maintain strong sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes. ● Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support. ● Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers. ● Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures. ● Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets. ● Work under target pressure with a high ownership and growth mindset. Candidate Profile ● Minimum 3 years of client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities firms, or liability-based products. ● Strong track record of customer acquisition, relationship management & sales closure. ● Must carry rich customer contacts and active networks. ● Familiar with sales rigor, process orientation & CRM usage. ● High ownership, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure. ● Graduate / MBA preferred. ● Local city exp
