Job Introduction The Site Reliability Engineer I (SRE I) is an entry-level professional role responsible for supporting the availability, performance, and reliability of Tekion’s production systems. This role assists in monitoring, incident response, automation, and system improvements under the guidance of more senior engineers. The SRE I contributes to operational excellence by helping maintain scalable infrastructure and learning best practices in reliability engineering. Key Role & Responsibilities Monitor production systems, respond to alerts, and assist in troubleshooting issues under supervision. Support incident response processes, including documenting issues and contributing to post-mortem analysis. Assist with the development and maintenance of automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency. Learn and apply best practices in infrastructure management, system reliability, and observability. Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to ensure system stability and compliance.
