The Opportunity: Senior Product Designer We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of Tilt products. You’ll own complex, high-impact product experiences across areas such as cash management, financial wellness, transaction-related tools, and others. This is an individual contributor role for a designer who combines strong product thinking and UX fundamentals with exceptional visual and UI craft. You’ll join a collaborative design team and work closely with product managers, engineers, and other partners to turn ambiguous opportunities into thoughtful, intuitive experiences. How You'll Make an Impact Lead end-to-end design for a meaningful portion of our product ecosystem, from early exploration through launch and iteration. Translate complex financial concepts and workflows into clear, approachable customer experiences. Set a high bar for interaction design, visual design, and overall product quality. Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define problems, explore possibilities, and make thoughtful tradeoffs. Bring a strong design point of view to cross-functional conversations and advocate constructively for customers and design quality. Use research, data, business context, and sound design judgment to guide decisions. Help shape an evolving product area and contribute to the development of its broader UI patterns and systems.
